TWSBI Precision in Gemini Blue

TWSBI is known for their demonstrator pens, with the ever-accessible Eco, compact Mini, and their premium Diamond 580 line. They even have a few models under their Vac 700R range!

The Precision model is decidedly different from all these; the aluminum body hides the contents of the barrel, save for the ink window just under the grip section. The metal makes it feel substantial and satisfying in-hand without feeling unwieldy. The piston knob has two gaskets that hold the cap when posted- firm enough to be secure but gentle enough that you wont accidentally turn the piston knob and spill ink everywhere!

Inspired by the constellation, the "Gemini" Blue color reminds us of a well-loved pair of jeans. The steely-blue shifts nicely as the light hits it, highlighted by the polished bevels between the six facets of the barrel and cap. For those of you who are into color-matching inks, consider reaching for TWSBIs Sky Blue, Anderillium Adonis Butterfly, or Robert Osters Frankly Blue.
